Having people join from side jobs or outsourced work and become full-time employees is becoming a winning strategy for SHE's recruitment. Even in weekly meetings with the development members, we explored the question of whether it was possible to create a sideline team. I myself joined SHE from a side job, so I don't think there were any major hurdles. - Hiring a full-time employee from a side job is a new way! Nagata: It's still in the process of development. Nakata: Basically, I would like to hire engineers who are more talented than me and have a growth mindset. If you're talking to someone and think they'd be a good fit for the team. Nagata: Even when hiring for side jobs, do not change the selection process from hiring full-time employees. Also, all engineers should be involved in the selection process. We also try not to compromise on our level of sympathy for SHE's business. Recruitment PR that was effective for hiring engineers - How do you keep up with the information that potential engineers are looking for? Nakata: I personally had a lot of acquaintances who were engineers, and I was the type of person who actively attended study sessions.
